Power Failure

1407 Broadway in the event of power failure basic building functions will be affected as follows:

 

  1. Activating emergency lights on each floor throughout the building, including all Exit signs.
  2. Stairwells will have photo luminescent tape to guide a path.
  3. It is seldom necessary to evacuate the building during a power failure. Unless you are directed otherwise through the buildings’ emergency public address system, please remain in your offices.
